Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) is pleased to announce a special event at UFAZ, titled “An Introduction to Open Data: Key Figures and Insights.” The session will feature Mikhail Parfentev, an esteemed Open Data International Expert and Program Manager at IDDA, who will share his expertise on the transformative role of open data in IT and public administration.

This event offers a valuable opportunity to explore how open data initiatives are shaping modern governance and technology, making it essential for students, academics, and professionals interested in the field. The lecture will take place at the UFAZ conference hall.

With over 11 years of experience in project and product management, Parfentev has spearheaded innovative IT development initiatives. His work spans assessing cultural heritage using IoT technology and organizing federal hackathons, both of which have significantly influenced the open data landscape.
