Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) is pleased to announce a special event at UFAZ, titled “An Introduction to Open Data: Key Figures and Insights.” The session will feature Mikhail Parfentev, an esteemed Open Data International Expert and Program Manager at IDDA, who will share his expertise on the transformative role of open data in IT and public administration.

With over 11 years of experience in project and product management, Parfentev has spearheaded innovative IT development initiatives.
