SOCAR Hosted an Info Session on Young Talents Program

SOCAR recently held an informative session regarding its "Young Talents Program," featuring Rashad Alakbarov, Lead HR Specialist of the Recruitment and Career Planning Department, and Sadiq Sadiqov, Deputy Head of the Talent Management and Business Partnership Department.

The Young Talents Program aims to support the development of Azerbaijani citizens studying at universities in Azerbaijan and abroad. The initiative targets young individuals eager to enhance their personal and professional skills while preparing for the job market.

Eligible applicants include students in their final year of bachelor's or master's programs, as well as recent graduates who have completed their studies within the last three years. Candidates must be Azerbaijani citizens and under the age of 29 to apply.
