SOCAR representatives Elvin Ahmadov and Arzu Mamedova delivered a motivational talk on the "Keys to Success" for students at UFAZ. The session featured not only inspiring speeches but also practical assignments and strategic planning games, making the event both engaging and educational.

Dr. Elvin Ahmadov, Deputy Head of Field Appraisal and Reserves Management at SOCAR, a member of the SOCAR-Fugro LLC Executive Board, and Director of "Education and Training Services" LLC, shared valuable insights with the students. The seminar included a combination of lectures, quizzes, interactive games, and a book presentation, creating a well-rounded learning experience.

Arzu Mamedova, a Senior HR Specialist at AZNEFT Production Unit, SOCAR, also contributed to the event, offering her expertise and advice to students interested in pursuing successful careers in the energy sector.
