UFAZ student Ulkar Zahidli has achieved an incredible milestone by being selected as one of the 50 winners of the highly competitive Parla Scholarship and Development Program. Out of 791 talented female students who applied, Ulkar's dedication and potential stood out, earning her a spot in this prestigious initiative.
